What State are you in ?
How old are the cc debts?
Do you have judgments filed against you?
Are the collection agencies harrassing you?
If you are beyond SOL for being sued on the cc debts, then all you need do is send them a cease and desist.
I doubt that any BK trustee is going to allow you to file BK and give preferential treatment to family or friends, it is illegal to do so.
