WELLLL---- If you have ever paid a ca by a phone authorized debit from your account,it would be a VERY good idea to change accounts. If you paid by personal check, and they are operating illegally, they can request a phone debit for a payment. Which is why I always suggest if you are ever paying a ca, you do it with a money order or cashiers check from a different bank than the one you normally use.
