ive never paid anything by giving out my checking account # to anyone over the phone , never .. i was asking if i once paid on now chargeoff accounts with origional cc company & still pay on my current accounts with checks written from this account ( ive had this checking account about 8 yrs now ) can any one of these companies legally get info about my balance & such w/o something from a court .. my friend says than can but i dunno if she knows really whats shes talking about here .. thanx kelly ......
