thanks. Then how can they legally say thell sue. If I make an offer to pay for complete deletion will this start the SOL. The guy I spoke with at an extension stated that he had complete authority to have it deleted. He stated that the original creditor still owns the account. I want it off. Any advice. I owe approx. $4,900. What should I offer or do? Can I offer $800.00?
