I can find no information about this company on line except this message board site. They have made an offer on an alledged debt to settle for 5.9 percent of the original balance. How can I verify they have such authority? Upon my request they emailed me a html document with a PO Box and no name in the letterhead stating the account will be paid in full if I represent and my payment clears. The letter contained an original acount number and the account number they assigned. I was given 10 days to settle or the offer will be pulled and the account reverts back to the original balance.
