Today I got a fascinating letter, stating that CAMCO has assigned their account alleging a debt that I owe to PayPax Accounts, Inc -- for collection. Are all form letters are mindless as this one? CAMCO did, after all, reach an understanding with my attorney that all attempts to collect would cease, and here is PayPax saying their CLIENT (so-labelled in the REGARDING table) has assigned the account for collection. I hope Charles isn't on vacation for 30 days ... the complaint to the FTC and to CA, OR, and IL attorney generals on this one will be short and sweet. Perhaps the first of many, who knows. But nice and short and sweet.
