To qualify: this would ONLY be for debt that is past SOL. Debt that is in-statute is a whole different can of worms.

I am thinking pay-per-account (OC account), and perhaps multiple incidents of collection attempts covered for a single OC.

Because once the situation surrounding the paper being circulated is established, the same written communications will serve for any bottom feeder that buys it from the first one -- and if it ever circulates round again from the same CA, even a senior partner might find it interesting if sufficiently numerous incidents occurred, or if some other pattern emerged.

For anyone with a dozen credit cards, if all the tigers rushed out of the bush at the same time, that could be a problem.

MOST of us, though, could afford a few "attorney assignments" a year.

After all, MOST of us who are being slammed have AA credit ratings these days, and could set it up as a monthly debit to any card we choose to charge it to.
