Types of accounts

I have a couple questions about types of accounts. 1. Car loan from 98. The car was repossed 12/98.

a.What is the SOL on this type of account?
The OC sent this account to CA for the post auction balance $5000ish according to OC, $6500 per CA. CA is reporting dates, and amounts wrong.
a. Should both of these show on the credit report as open collection accounts?
b. Or should the OC show sold or transferred, and only the CA as open collection?

2. $1200 collection from an apartment complex from 2000. I was not evicted, but per managment did not give my 30 day notice (BS).
a. What type of account is this for SOL?

I live in texas. Thanks for any help you can provide.
