Find Employment !!???

I cannot find any good way to find employment on a debtor. We have an inhouse collections department to collect on loans. We get judgements through small claims court, and we can get updated addresses anywhere we want. But the ONE problem we have is finding the debtor's current employment so we can send a garnishment. PLEASE share your insight on how to do this. We run credit reports to look for employment, but this is not cost effective, because the return is very low. Do you have a website that offers good employment searches? Does anyone else have the same problem? Help!
