i was recently rendered a judgment against me by Discover Card in the amount of $3,089. Can the company or the law firm discover hired take over my bank accout or garnish my wages? Further more if they do not know who I bank with or where I work how would they find out and about How long does the process of them actually finding the info to get their money take?? I'm very worried, I'm a student, who works but I'm afraid my credit is ruined for life!!! I'm only 23 years old!!
