If I send the CAs cease and desist letters and they stop calling, will they return my files to the OCs? Then what will the OCs do? Give them to diff CAs or sue me?

You said Oregon does have strict ca registration and licensing laws. What's my advantage on this?

How can I fight a judgement? I thought once the OCs sue me, there's nothing I could do since I do owe those debts.
