I'll yield to your knowledge on this since I'm still new to a lot of this.

Sorry to be so dense, but is 1335.02 saying that loan agreements are contracts, but since anything relating to a credit card is not a loan agreement, a credit card account cannot be considered a contract, either in writing or otherwise? I just want to make sure that if this goes in front of the judge that I don't let the CA's lawyer get away with calling this a contract and not be able to refute him 10 ways from Sunday.

Damn, I'd almost kill for some case lay in Ohio on this!
