You're going to have to go to the court date and take your proof that the SOL has expired. Showing the date of your last payment/first delinquency would do it. Once you prove that, the case should be dismissed. It would help you to take copies (a copy for the judge and opposing team) of the appropriate state statutes regarding the SOL for cc debt,along with a copy of the Truth in Lending act that clearly defines a cc as an open-ended account, NOT a written contract. I'd also take a copy of the FDCPA and FCRA with you and mark the applicable sections.

Judges love organization in their courtrooms, especially from someone not represented by an attorney.
