Thanks for the info, Why Chat. I don't want them to sue me even I have no money and no asset. I want to make 1 or 2 payments showing them I'm trying to pay and hoping they'll not sue. Should I: 1. send the payments to the CAs? or
2. send the cease letters to the CAs and make arrangments with the OCs muyself? Joe
