Thanks Why Chat but I'm confused. No the Petition has no dates it merely states the balance on the account 6,294.93 plus accured interest on the account as per bankcard agreement. He further prays that I be served and cited to appear to answer the petition and that after all due legal proceedings had, there be judgment in favor of petitioner Debt Collectors L.L.C and against defendent (my name) and the above amount. I did file my answer with the clerk of court three months ago. On 08-20-02 I was served with a notice of hearing which is scheduled for 09-17-02. Attatched to the hearing notice he filed a motion for Summary Judgment stating there are no genuine issues of material fact in this case and that mover is entitled to the judgment as prayed for as a mattter of law. Do u still say no bills or etc at hearing on 09-17-02? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks Meaux
