Well if you have access to the Federal District Court cases you should be able to find it in an index.

I think that the reporter you would want would be the Federal Supplement 3rd edition (F.Supp. 3d). I may be mistaken. I haven't done any research on federal district court cases via books, only through the online databases.

But if you can find the right reporter, the reporter should have a few indexes to it in the last few volumes. Usually they will have indexes by plaintiff, by defendant, and sometimes by subject.

So if you can figure out the reporter, check the index and you should be able to find it.

However, most county court libraries don't keep the Federal District Court reporters. You will probably need a law school library, a Federal Court library, or a state appellate court library.

poor lawyer, esq.
