I've been thinking about something Lucy. A lot of damn money is getting thrown into debt collection. I'll not be surprised that once MBNA gets this bk bill passed that the next order of business will be an attempt to amend the FDCPA and the FCRA to put a much larger burden of proof on the consumer. And of course, limit the liability of CA's, CRA's, and the OC.
