Does anyone have a copy of a demand for discovery against a CA for a lawsuit involving a credit card? I'm wondering if this would be the route that I should take to find out if the CA can prove to the judge that the account is mine. The only thing they filed as evidence (listed as exibit A) is an affidavit from the CA saying that I owe them "x" amount of dollars on a credit card, and a tped page with the account number, principle and interest. What should be included in the demand for discovery?
