Thank you to all who have posted here!!!! I have been dealing with these "people" for about 3 weeks now. I couldn't understand why I would have owed anything to Citibank. Last night, i left a message for "Mr. White" informing him that my state follows the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which he is in violation of, and threatened to sue him for false debt collection practices. One can also claim mental anguish and see a Psychiatrist or Psychologist, get reimbursed for the expenses and again, sue for mental anguish.

I cannot thank you enough for informing me of the places to file reports. I will DEFINITELY file them so others don't get swindled by these "people".

Also, another tip that may be helpful to others is that my suppossed debts were incurred in 1993. The statute of limitations for debt collection in my state is 6 years. EVEN if it WERE legit, they cannot collect.
Thanks again for your posts.

If this continues with others, I would be interested in filing a class action suit against CAMCO and bring them to their knees. I'd like to take the $ from the lawsuit and give it back to whomever they have bilked out of money. I'm not interested in making money form this. I just want them stopped and I would like to help those who have been swindled.
