What we need to know is when the accounts were last paid on with the ORIGINAL creditor, not ccc or a collection agency. It will help you if you get a copy of your credit report, (Experian shows the date they are scheduled for removal from the report= 7 years) The reports date THEIR statute of limitations from your first "late" notice, shows as 30 days late. Cal. dates IT's SOL from the last time you paid on the orginal account. On credit cards, in Cal. 4 years after that date, you cannot be sued, so the debt is no longer legally collectible.
