Could you perhaps provide me with the name of whoever is presiding over this clambake?

And poor lawyer can tell me how I might approach submitting the affidavit.

WhyChat -- FYI, during the time all this was going on, I discovered that my former employer believed I was dead. All retirement stuff had been placed in outside custody.

Little things like this have just kept presenting, rather like CAMCO arranging a Capital One card to settle my CitiBank account when CAPONE itself was offering me a card of their own and their inquiry was on my credit report.

What I ought to be and am not is one of those people whose sole desire is to be left alone in peace.

But with more than one bad debt outstanding, and the account already in the hands of another "debt collector," I know that is NOT an option UNLESS CAMCO and every other legal extortion racket is litigated out of existence and the METHODS they use become COMMON KNOWLEDGE along with the remedies for those actions.

And now, back to my query to the L.A. County Bar Assn to see if I can scare up a trial lawyer with a good litigation record.

SINGLE WOMEN, I am holding off myself on contacting Gloria Allred because my contact with CAMCO commenced with a phone call, and PayPax looks like small potatoes in comparison. Maybe I'm wrong.

If you received a LETTER from CAMCO, she is one lawyer who might enjoy exploring class action.

She is located in Los Angeles County.

Happy hunting.
