Thanks for the offer, but I can deal with the Assinine Acceptance solo if this goes in front of the judge to be litigated. I'm just making sure every possible angle is covered in advance. From what I've seen in all of their court records, they go for the default judgements. A few of their recent cases that are still open are getting some resistance. Some defendants hired lawyers who filed as being on the case. In those cases, after the appearance of counsel was filed, they also filed for discovery.
