I will be filing a complaint against a CA in court. Unfortunately I don't have a good paper trail because at the time I didn't know much in the wayof keeping records for things of collection nature. My complaint will be on the fact that an agent was trying to collect on monies already paid to the OC through insurance and it was reported to the CA. Yet she was trying to say they have no records. I know this to be false because I obtained record from the OC showing they sent in the paper work as well as made phone calls to update the account. I stated to her that I wasn't paying on something that was paid. She basically told me I was Sh**out of luck and that she didn't have anything showing up, that I needed to pay this amount, and they would not be bothering their client about this. That is exactly what she said. My question is, can I name her in the complaint as well in addition to the collection company? My complaint will be that they were trying to illegally collect money under false pretenses, I'm still researching what I need to exactly file my complaint as. There's a little more to this but do not want to make a longer story. Can anyone help answer my question? Any other feedback would be great.
