My wife received a collection letter from Arrow Financial regarding an old account with Household Credit. She has never had an account with Household.

After filing with the FTC, Chicago BBB, etc., Arrow
claimed that "due to the age of the accounts, we are unable to provide documents underlying these debts."

So, they SOLD this to CAMCO. Or, sold to Affinity which "sold" to Camco. Interestingly, all of these companies are located in Illinois.

We will diligently pursue all avenues available to bring these tactics to the attention of the authorities.
