im curious , wouldnt a creditor most likely pursue a judgement either by default or other means ONLY if the person they were going to get the judgement on had "anything" worth taking ?? i mean if you have zero assets or even live in maybe texas or florida wheres theres really no garnishment for head of household i mean why even bother with a judgement ??
