whychat i have medical insurance & all my hospital bills were paid by my insurance for a stay that was "about" 15 months ago & im now just getting a letter from my med insurance denying my coverage for a new charge of about 2200 becouse it says " denyed not filed with required time limits " am i responsible for the bill ??? i mean they had 15 months to submit this bill & didnt i mean why should that be my fault ?? am i wrong here ?? any suggestions would be great .. when it rains it pours :( thanx kel
