I can see why you would feel that way, but considering that your proposal has absolutely no chance of success, why not assume a point of view that has it's basis in reality? It is much more likely that consumers can institute reform in the credit reporting industry, than that we will be able to do away with it. I agree, people overwhelmed by circumstances beyond their control, are punished unnecessarily - I was one of them. Linda
