What they are saying is that the evidence is indisputable that you owe them the money. If you can offer any evidence to the Court at the hearing on the summary judgment motion that you do not owe the debt (old bills, your testimony as to being double billed, etc...) then you should be able to get past the motion. If you get past the motion, then it will go to a full trial on the merits (before either a judge and jury or just a judge).
