It is difficult to answer your question precisely, because I have heard within the organization that we do realize, accept, and expect accounts to write off and we use a certain number of them as tax write offs. I cannot say this for sure because I have heard it from fellow employees but never from upper-management. I don't believe everything fellow collectors tell me.
