Thank GOD for the Internet and this forum!!! I got a letter this past Friday, claiming I owe $15,000+ to companies I've never heard of and who have never asked me for a dime! Yeah, it's from CAMCO. My first thought was it was some kind of Russian Mafia Mail Fraud, or my Idenity had been compromised, but I decided to look the company up online. At first I didn't find much but after 2 or 3 tries at Google I found this board AND found out what CAMCO is and what it's up to! I utilized an excellent validation letter off whychat's website expanding and tailoring for my own needs. I'll be sending it out Tuersday. I spoke with my brother-in-law who is an attorney and is praying they DON'T drop it after my first letter. According to him thar's GOLD in those there violators! Anyway, Does anyone have a Fax number for CAMCO, I'd like to Fax them my letter also. An e-mail addy would be great too, I want to notify them evreryway I can (other than on the phone)
