Here's the deal. You got to pay your bills. As the orginal creditor they can do pretty much what they please. You realize these late pays are going on your sisters credit report don't you? If you can't start paying on time, you do need to move out and let your sister find someone who will pay on time.
If having a payment due date on the 15th of the month will solve the problem then, why not draw up a budget and be sure money is there on the 1st to pay. You need to get a lot more serious about paying on time instead of blaming the creditor for wanting their money. Remember, you have your sister on the credit hook on this deal.
