i spoke with my insurance company today & they told me that they have a contract with health care providers & per that contract IF they do not submit a bill within 12 months ( post marked ) then their suppost to write it off no matter how much its for .. she says dont call them UNTIL i receive a bill from them thats even IF i receive a bill from them . shes claims i may since its 2200. but tell them per their contract & THEY waited 15 months to file its their fault therefore its their loss .. sounds good so we'll see , bye kelly ..
