Az. judgments are for 5 years, renewable. If the creditors who filed the judgments have made no effort to enforce them, garnishment etc. or if they have resold the "paper".they may not be renewed, in which case they will no longer be valid.This is something you may wish to consider.I do not believe BK will do you that much good in your circumstances, however, it is something you should talk over with lawyer, AFTER you check your credit reports and see if the same people who FILED the judgments are the ones REPORTING on the underlying accounts.
