It is time to begin resolving the root of the problem

I am currently seeking letters of interest from individuals who have been sued or threatened with time-barred litigation who might be interested in incorporating a not-for-profit organization dedicated to eliminating this aggravation at the roots.

Any such letter should include the name of the CA, when and where litigation was filed with case number, how you were notified, if litigation was pursued.

If litigation was threatened, but not pursued, how long was it before the next debt collector started a run for the money.

I had almost exactly 90 days, FYI.
