Will 30 day late fees ever come off my credit report

I have 13..30 day late fees going back to when I was 17 and 4 60 day late fees.... How bad is that??? and how do I go about rebuilding my credit.. and will these late payment charges affect getting a house loan or another big loan in the future...??? WILL THESE LATE FEES EVER DISAPPEAR FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.. THANKS.. CHRIS
