I would not think an OC would even archive applications for charged-off accounts more than 10 years.

Because even IRS only requires records to be kept that long for almost every thing they make you save stuff for.

Let's be real, the actual reason these guys specialize in this VERY VERY OLD stuff is that they are not challenged to prove that statutes of limitation have not already run on what they are suing folks like orangedog BEFORE the filing is accepted.

We need to lobby for some change in rules of the court on these kinds of FILINGS.

What orangedog so kindly posted regarding the EVIDENCE presented to support the complaint would be ROFL laughing material if the default judgments weren't rolling on and on and on.
