I just filled out the small claims docket which is a simple piece of paper with all of their violations. I could not even fill them on the list so they had to put ect at the end. Their lawyer called yesterday and asked how they could avoid a court date and we settled on some stuff. I have not dismissed yet until they live up to their words as they have lied alot in the past.
