I posted a message on 8/26/02 subkect I need help. In additon to that message I am tring to pay these people and this is life and things happen. I want to pay these people their money and its not like I can't afford it it just that once i got behind my other bills seemed to catch up. I talked to a lawyer and he told me to ignore these creditors until Thurs. Aug. 29.
Do you think this is a good idea cause I can't pay them til then but they keep calling my mother and telling her I need to move out. Can they make me move out without something in writing. Do you think they will let this thing pass over after they get their money on Aug. 29. Also could u recommend someone to help me budget myself after this mess is over. Also I know already that my next month payment will be late also cause I won't get paid again til Sept. 12. How would I tell them it will be late then? After that my note will be caught up til due again in Oct. Thanks in advance. Could you give me an answer ASAP since im on a short time frame here?
