I have no idea about any of this. I just got a copy of my credit report and it showed where Heilig Meyers has put a charge off on my account as of 7/2002! Mind you, I had an account that was closed and paid off in 1997!!! This is outrageous!!! What can I do? All Experian gave me was a p.o. box but I want to speak to a person. If anyone knows anything, please email me. Thanks.
