I think you need an estate lawyer or your BK lawyer on this subject.
As I read it, you would not be vulnerable for the cash value being attacked on YOUR OWN policy on your own life, nor would you be vulnerable on the PROCEEDS of a life policy you were paying for and were the beneficiary on.
The rest of it lost me, perhaps "poor lawyer" or someone else can comment.
