What about these attorney's that ARE considered Debt Collectors as laid out in the FDCPA ? These attorneys act as collection agents, what's the fine point here ?? Must you first determine, then, that the attorney filing the suit is ACTUALLY the OC ???

Pat SHOULD have the right to dispute the debt as laid out in the FDCPA, getting slapped with a lawsuit right away takes away any chance of dispute.
