observer thanx for the response .. maybe im on the naive side i dont know really but shouldnt it be that states laws automatically apply SOL wheather or not the person shows up for court or not ??? from reading all the posts on this board i know it dosent but i mean the laws still the law & i would think that would stand for something , just my opinion but its a shame how some judges let collection agencies break the law on a seemingly regular basis .. guess im still in a learning process , thanx kel .......................
