they have threatened legal action..actually ever time i answer their call by mistake. Today I just said can I have your address and the new girl who had been calling gave it to me by mistake, i think. They have said they would get an attorney involved and sue me in my state (ga). The cc they are trying to get me to pay is no longer on my cr and i have a statement from the oc dating back to 1994 (thank god I kept it) stating that my account is seriously past due and the full balance is now due. Do you think i should just send them the sol letter. The total amount on the 94 statement is for 1000.
