Hi, I was wondering if you were able to dispute the claim? I have the same problem... 2 years ago, I had an overdraft and they closed my account without notice. I went to the bank to find out what happened... They just told me that I was reported to the check system and I have to pay my overdraft fo $300. As soon as I pay it, they said that I will be removed from the Check system. This morning, I tried to open a business account and they denied me. They said that I'm in the check system for the reason of "account abusing." Please help.. Thanks.
