Have you sent those requests for change of due date or had your sister send them in WRITING? It COULD matter, someday. Whatever you have to do, SQUEEZE your budget until you get the rent caught up. Whatever you have to do, SQUEEZE at least 2 months' rent out of your tight budget and keep it handy exclusively for RENT if you have any other emergency situation. Replenish anything removed in such event. Are you on a 1st and 15th payroll, or every 2 weeks? If this is your payroll, at least the creditors will look like really sleazy types if they absolutely refuse to alter the due date to something reasonable. If every 2 weeks, there are "extra" paydays several times a year, so you CAN do it if the back rent is your only problem. Your sister is the logical person to ask for help with a small loan to bridge any gap between the regular due date and the due date you are requesting. It is her credit rating that is being mangled with the lates here.
