If you are referring to the 7 year "reporting" SOL, it is in the FCRA, you would be wise to look to your left, in the blue column, there is a link to credit laws. You can read the FCRA so you can understand ALL your rights.
If you are referring to the "suing" SOL, if you go to my website, and click on California, the State statute is there.
