They I guess have legal right to this debt. they purchased it from another company that bought it from the OC.

Is there anything I can do? they got the debt in Feb and JUST now getting to contacting me.

on AZ it's a pain to get garnishments from me, alot of stuff to do. Also, I have a legal right to despute this debt correct? I mean to be honest this isn't even the orginal amount of the debt, this is all interest they put on there all by themselves.

I just need some input, if it was a CA, I could do alot of things. BUT, it's a "open account" with them having legal right to the debt.

I don't have this type of money and if they sue, I'm total hosed. :/
