This is a Credit card debt I believe. providian Credit card. but, I do believe my last payment was about 2-3 months before the activity date. I had just been late alot so the CC closed(meaning, I could no longer use it) the account with a balance due. Which to be honest I thought I had sent them a check. but I cannot be sure it was 3-4 years ago. and the bank account I had in ohio is since been closed and forgotten about.
