That depends ! Delaware has NO usurary laws, which is why so many credit card companies are based there.. regardless of arguments to the contrary.

My fiance had a gas card ( don't remeber which one), but the interest rate was 40%+ !!!!! He could have paid Guido the Loan Shark less !
