I recently attempted to purchase a new truck. The credit report agency(Wells Fargo) stated that my crdit was good but I had a Bankruptsy 10 year and i had not bought a vehicle in so long that that would have to deny me. If I am not mistaken after 10 years the bankruptsy should not be on your credit report. As of 8/28/02 my bankruptsy is still on my report. How do I get it removed.
